Topic: To grant Permission of Founding  the Private La Salle  Vocational Center in Dalat City.

THE PEOPLE COMMITTEE OF THE PROVINCE OF LAM DONG

-Based on the organization Laws of the People Council and the People Committee dated November 26^th,2003;

-Based on the Training Laws , November 29^th 2006

-Based on the Decision No 71/2008/QD-BLDTBXH,Dec. 30^th,2008 of the Ministry of War Handicapted Workers&Society, related to The Issue of Norms for : foundations, permission of founding, division, sharing out, integration,Invalidation of the Vocational college , high Training School and  Vocational Center;

Considering the requests of the Department of Working and War Handicapted &Society  in  the Report Sheet No 32/TTr-SL-SLĐTBXH, January 7^th/2010

Decided:

Article 1. Permitting Mr Nguyễn Văn Tân, religious, Provincial Visitor – District of Lasalle Viet Nam, Delegate of Lasalle Viet Nam, domiciled at 146/42B Võ thị Sáu, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City to establish:

The Private La Salle Vocational Center in Dalat City.(PLVCDL)

Main Address Central Office : Triệu Việt Vương St.,Ward 4, Dalat City, Lâm Đồng Province .( Land card sheet Đ3-II-C-d-phường4-thành phố Đàlạt)

Article 2. Functions and duties, rights,organizations and  activities of the Private  Lasalle  Vocational Center Da lat (PLVCDL) being in use according to the Decision No 13/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated May 14^th 2007 of the Minister of the Working and War hadicapted & Society  about Issuing the Modal Pattern Rules of Vocational Centers.

The Private La Salle Vocational Center Dalat (PLVCDL)  is in charge  to make  Norms of Organizations and activities  submitting to the related responsibles  approval  according to the current Laws.

The Private La Salle Vocational Center Dalat (PLVCDL) has its lawful rights , its Seal and its own Account.

Article 3. The appointment of the Director of the Private La Salle  Vocational Center Dalat (PLVCDL) ,done  under the Decision No 10/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH,April 4^th,2007 of the  Minister of the Working and War handicapted & Society about issuing Norms of appointment, approval, re-appointment, re-approval, dismiss ,

Stop-approval , resignation of the principal of the vocational college,the  vocational high school and the director of the vocational Center.

Article 4.  The Head official of the People Committee of the Province, the Director of  Department of the Working and War handicaped & Society, the President of the People Committee of Da Lat City, the Private La Salle Vocational Center Da Lat (PLVCDL)  basing on the Dicision above to put it in use since the issued date.
